General Return Policy

☑️ Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

☑️ To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused and undamaged.
  • In its original packaging with all parts/accessories.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

☑️ Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., soaps, toothbrushes).

☑️ Used, damaged, or altered items not in original condition.

☑️ Clearance or discounted sale items.

Replacement Policy for Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it.

☑️ Eligibility

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Proof required: clear photos or short video of the defect/damage and packaging.

  • The product must be returned in original packaging.

☑️ Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp.

  • Share order details + photos/videos of the defective product.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

☑️ Costs

  • If defect/damage is our fault or courier’s → Replacement is free of charge.

  • If caused by incorrect customer details or mishandling → Replacement not covered.

☑️ Timeline

  • Verification: 2–3 working days.

  • Replacement delivery: 2–5 working days (depending on city).

Policy for Electronic Gadgets & Products

We know customers are most careful with gadgets, so here is our commitment:

☑️ Eligibility

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof required: clear video of defect during unboxing or use.
  • Product must include box, cables, manuals, and accessories.

☑️ Replacement

  • Defective on arrival → Free replacement within 7 days.

  • Customer misuse, mishandling, or power surge damage → Not covered.

  • If out of stock → We will offer a similar product or refund.

☑️ Warranty

  • All electronic gadgets (e.g., mini printers, rechargeable lighters, mini choppers, etc.) are tested and verified before dispatch, so they are shipped in working condition.

  • These items are not eligible for return or refund unless covered by a supplier/manufacturer warranty.

  • If the product listing specifically mentions warranty from supplier/manufacturer, then it will be replaceable within that warranty period.

  • If no warranty is provided by the supplier/manufacturer, Tajir Place will not accept returns or refunds for electronics after delivery.

☑️ Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are offered only when:

    • A replacement is not possible (out of stock).

    • Product is verified as defective upon return.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via Bank Transfer

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
